Rosemary Sarri provides consulting and technical expertise for the Michigan Public Health Institute. Her area of expertise is the Bureau of Juvenile Justice. She is responsible for consulting with MPHI project staff, providing technical assistance to DHS-BJJ, reviewing grant proposals, creating training materials and overseeing the training of grantees.
